I millionaire'd on March 30th, 2008, but the high score site was down and I didn't get added. Doh.
The dd/mm/yyyy format for product expiration is somewhat disorienting. Otherwise, a very well crafted but somewhat dull simulation game.

This game really needs some kind of resume function, to let you go back to the last question you've answered with a factor of 10 or 25. Figuring out the answers is fun, but clicking through 90 questions/minigames that you've already answered for just 10 seconds to ponder the solution to an obscure, unskippable puzzle isn't. If I could resume from question 75, for instance, it might be more bearable.

Professional, all around A+ material. My only complaint is that it's giving me an "E" on hyper "Hunting High" for 75% yet giving a "A" for 70% on hyper "Dilated", but otherwise it's as close to perfect as you can get with Flash.

"Good graphical design, bad everything else"
How to score 1,000,000 or more points: start a song, right click the flash and wait for a note to come up. Click "play" right before the note, then use "back" or "forward" to line the note up. Hold down the corresponding key. Whee!
The beat is completely off on the first song and only vaguely fitting in the second. It's possible to hit the same note multiple times, and if three keys are too difficult to master, you can press all of them at the same time. It's too easy, the music is annoying, and is really no more than a simple trinket with a fancy interface.

Now we just need to have a Newgrounds viewer go reenact this in real life, so as to justify the Republican "video games are murder simulators" stance. Perhaps the next one could be done in a school setting?
.....
Anyhow, to beat the dead horse, it's spiffy this was done in Flash but it's lacking on many fronts. A commercial grade shooter would employ multiple green screen overlays to achieve seemless gameplay; this, on the other hand, is essentially a video clip with a pointer, where clicking on a given portion of the screen acts like a button to advance it. As has been said before, it's obvious we're shooting the same person over and over, there's no way to lose, and the hit detection is less than ideal. Blue Shirt Kid is immune to multiple groin shots yet a slug to the arm kills him -- not that being dead stops him from wiggling around on the ground. Most annoying of all, the player character obviously has no concept of close quarters combat strategy. He waltzes out into the open portion of the room and checks out insignificant details, leaving his back exposed to the world. "Cover? What's that?"
But yeah, an interesting concept.

As much as I want to give this a low score, the animation quality is simply too high and it is kind of funny in a demented way...damn you.

7/5 for the Cave Story reference...that's exactly what I did on my first run through the bonus level.
Otherwise, yeah, front page material. It didn't make me laugh my ass off the same way as the Final Fantasy episode, but still leaps and bounds above the typical Portal submission.

Wow, you embedded a low quality clip of a hentai movie you didn't make in a disproportionately large Flash document, and didn't even bother to change the background color, add playback buttons, or slap on a preloader. You must be incredibly proud of yourself.
